1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Leadora ("the Service"), operated by Leadora AG, Switzerland ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Leadora is an AI-powered lead management platform that helps businesses capture, manage, and respond to leads. The Service includes AI-generated reply suggestions, lead tracking, follow-up reminders, automation workflows, analytics, and related features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and are liable for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription and Free Trial
All new users receive a 7-day free trial without requiring a credit card. After the trial period, you must select and pay for a subscription plan to continue using the Service. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of your current billing period.
5. Usage-Based Billing and Credits
Leadora uses a credits-based system. Each subscription tier includes a monthly credit allocation. Additional usage beyond your allocation will be charged as overage fees at rates specified in your plan. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over. We will notify you before charging overage fees.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital nature of the Service, no refunds are granted for paid subscriptions, except in cases of billing errors or failure to provide the Service. By subscribing, you expressly waive the right of withdrawal for digital content provided immediately. Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will cease at the end of your current billing period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: sending spam, violating applicable laws, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operations, scraping data, reverse engineering, or using AI features to generate harmful, misleading, illegal, or defamatory content. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Leadora or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act. Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in the EU and Switzerland.
10. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before sending it. We do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Leadora in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation, then permanently deleted unless required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, specifically the Swiss Code of Obligations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
